At Shrimps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Shrimps garment tags and branded dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
